Painting Department

Painting and finishing works are carried out for viscose cotton, polyester, polyamide, modal-micro modal, wool, linen, floss silk, sateen and the knitted fabrics produced by mixing their threads (with or without lycra) with the quality demanded by the customer.

Our aim is to produce high-quality products, not control them. The following issues strengthen us while doing this:

  • To carry out painting operations through the water with the same pH value and same features every time through reverse-osmose system;
  • Accurate and exact chemical weighing and dosage system with an Eliar Chemical Automation;
  • 100% accurate paint weighing, solution and machine distribution system which is repeatable for each lot with colour-service paint weighing and solution system;
  • With the same j-box, pump and dose structure of our 25-1000 Ht machines.

Ram Department

It is a machine used for drying and finishing operations in the textile painting and finishing plants. It can be different sizes based on the number of cabins. The machine with 10 cabins is approximately 34 m length. In those sections called as cabins, the fabric passing through is dried with the hot air. The temperature inside the cabins differs between 140 and 180 degrees. Thanks to the cylinders behind the ram machine, the fabric strips are protected. A mechanism called as pallet and needles are used for the transportation of the fabric from the beginning and to the end of the machine and they are endless. The fabric needled from both sides is passed through the cabins of the ram machines after the desired width is provided and it is either packed after it is taken into the cards through a mechanism called as swinging or sent to other departments for it to be undertaken another processes.

Operations:Drying, fixing, chemical finishing (e.g. uninflammability, waterproofing, softness).

Kade Department

The fabric is taken into the decatizing machine with 2 bar pressure from inside to outside for 1,5 min and from outside to inside for 1,5 min with 110-130 °C steam in order to increase the softness of fabric. Softer hand feeling for the fabric is provided. The fabric is also taken into the calendar machine with 140-180 °C in order to increase slippery texture.

Crude Quality Control – Opening Products

The fabrics in the demanded weigh is opened for order when the stock sent by our customers is recorded in the program. The opened bin cards are sent to the crude quality control departments. The crude quality control operations are carried out 100% on the sales of the tailor cut fabrics and painted fabrics. The crude knitting mistakes above a specific number in the fabric (broken needle, laddered lycra, eyelets, oil stains etc.) are reported to the customers.

Besides, a resetting test is carried out related to the demandedgr/m2 values and width for the finished product and it is compared with the demanded values. In case the fabric is not defective, it is sent for operations. Otherwise; in case any of the abovementioned problems is detected, the decision of the customer is taken into consideration.

The fabrics which went through a crude quality control and approved are opened after they are inspected with eyes with the suitable batches and as tubes.

Quality Control/Shipping

The fabrics are subjected to quality control operations while they are on the Ram and Sanforizing lines. Besides; on the reporting and sanforizing stage, the width, gr/m2 and surface controls are recorded for each roll 100%. As a result of the unshrinkability, running, width, gr/m2, pilling and fastness evaluations demanded by the customers (wet/dry friction, sweat fastness, water fastness, washing fastness) through a piece from their final stage; the fabrics which are compatible with the relevant standards are shipped in case they are below 1 after a spectro is taken from them.

Laboratory Department

Our customers reported their original colours they demanded with the qualities of the fabrics in the colour works they also demanded (pantone code, reflectance, data values, colour sample).

Accordingly, the colours demanded by the customers are provided by taking the receipts with a suitable paint combination from the spectrophotometers (Gretag Macbeth Color-Eye 7000A X-ride) under the light source (D65, TL84, TL83 etc.); and those receipt values are sent to the tecnorama (automatic pipetting machine) from the spectrophotometers automatically, the painting operations are carried out through the suitable painting programs and temperatures in the Roaches machines.

At the end of the painting operations, the fabrics are washed in the automatic washing machines and mangled homogeneously then dried in the heating drying machines. Afterwards, they are kept in the conditioning closet which is lit with D65 light and set up for 20 °C and 65% humidity for them to reach their natural humidity.

The colours demanded by the customers are checked under the light source in the VeriVide light cabinets,
colour charts are prepared, and the colours are sent to the customers within 1 or 2 days along with the quality control results.

Planning Department

The workflow is planned in accordance with the order forms from the customers. After the deadline for orders whose bin cards are opened is planned, the production process is started. With the special software program in each department of our facility, all batches are taken under a barcode system.

Raw Fabric Storage Department

The raw fabrics from the customers are numbered with a stock number and they are placed on the numbered shelves after they are recorded in the computer and their storage cards are opened.
